Pieter Devos and Espoir takes the second last world cup GP in Bordeaux.

In Bordeaux, the  2017/18 Longin FEI World Cup circuit’s second last chance to qualify for the final in Paris, has seen Belgium’s Pieter Devos and his wonderful 14 years old partner Espoir (Surcouf de Revel), claim the win ahead of 9 other competitors who qualified for the jump off. In front of the packed stands, a little deceived to see none of the home riders but Roger Yves Bost, advance to the jump off,  Spain’s talented Manuel Fernandez Saro and Cannavaro 9 (Cornet Obolensky) set the time to beat in 38’40 to eventually finish 3rd when Pieter Devos and his extremely careful Espoir blazed the timers faultsfree in 36’53 to claim the world cup Grand Prix win in Bordeaux. Marcus Ehning and his amazing stallion Cornado (Cornet Obolensky) tried to improve the Belgian rider’s time but would settle for runner up position with a time of 38’09.
